For pick up, in case we can’t arranged the time pick up laundry directly from you so please leave your laundry at a reception dest, any safe place at hotel or in your locations moving to, and we’ll take care of it. anytime Between 8AM to 6PM. Please let the hotel staff know that it’s for:  VIN-SUN Company

Confirm to Us

Please Let us know that you had put the laundry at a reception, any safe place and take picture (So that we can confims to the hotel staff and they will let us take the laundry) after then we will pick it up

STEP 3

Take Laundry

Take your Laundry

Then we weigh and take photos count total price, and we send to you via WhatsApp or orther Messenger. You could pay cash: Put money with the laundry bag and we will keep the changed money inside clothes before delivery back. Leave the money in the lobby Concierge pay for your laundry bags, or bank transfer

And when the payment has been made and the laundry is done, we will send to your hotel put it at the lobby concierge and let you know.
